जिला नारायणपुर में स्थानीय समुदाय के वरिष्ठजनों की उपस्थिति में पुनर्वासित माओवादी कैडरों द्वारा किए गए पौधारोपण ने आशा और शांतिपूर्ण भविष्य के प्रति उनकी प्रतिबद्धता का एक सशक्त प्रतीक प्रस्तुत किया।
नारायणपुर जिला मुख्यालय स्थित पुनर्वास केंद्र के पौधरोपण स्थल का नाम “वायान वाटिका” रखा गया है, जिसका अर्थ स्थानीय आदिवासी गोंडी भाषा में “आशा और भविष्य की बगिया” होता है।

नारायणपुर और अबुझमाड़ जैसे क्षेत्रों में—जो लंबे समय तक अनिश्चितता से प्रभावित रहे—विश्वास-निर्माण प्रक्रियाओं के गहराते स्वरूप को प्रतिबिंबित करता है।
स्थानीय समुदाय के वरिष्ठजनों की क्षेत्र की सुरक्षा, न्याय और सेवा हेतु बढ़ती सक्रिय भागीदारी बस्तर में सामाजिक पुनर्समावेशन और समावेशी विकास के लिए एक परिवर्तनकारी मार्ग को दर्शाती है।
“पूना मारगम: पुनर्वास से सामाजिक पुनर्समावेशन” पहल के तहत आज वायान वाटिका, नारायणपुर में एक महत्वपूर्ण और प्रतीकात्मक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें 25 नवंबर को मुख्यधारा में शामिल हुए 28 माओवादी कैडरों ने वे पौधे रोपे, जिन्हें समुदाय के वरिष्ठजनों ने पुनर्समावेशन के प्रतीक के रूप में उन्हें प्रदान किया था।
⚫ बस्तर रेंज के पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, श्री सुन्दरराज पट्टलिंगम ने बताया कि आज का पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम केवल एक प्रतीकात्मक गतिविधि नहीं है बल्कि आशा और स्थायी शांति के रोपण की प्रक्रिया को दर्शाता है—उन लोगों के लिए जिन्होंने हिंसा का मार्ग छोड़ा है और उन समुदायों के लिए जो विश्वास और अपनत्व के साथ उन्हें स्वीकार कर रहे हैं।
⚫ बस्तर रेंज IGP ने आगे कहा कि समुदाय के वरिष्ठजनों की सक्रिय भागीदारी—25 नवंबर को हिंसा का मार्ग छोड़ चुके 28 माओवादी कैडरों के स्वागत से लेकर आज के पौधारोपण तक—सामाजिक सौहार्द की मजबूती और आपसी विश्वास के पुनर्निर्माण का संकेत है। आज रोपा गया प्रत्येक पौधा एक ऐसे जीवन का प्रतीक है जो अतिवाद से लौटकर शांति, सम्मान और रचनात्मक प्रगति की ओर अग्रसर हुआ है।
⚫ नारायणपुर के पुलिस अधीक्षक, श्री रॉबिनसन गुरिया ने कहा कि यह पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम नारायणपुर जिले, विशेषकर अबुझमाड़ जैसे भीतरी इलाकों में—जो कभी अनिश्चितता और कठिनाइयों से प्रभावित थे—विश्वास-निर्माण प्रक्रियाओं की मजबूत होती गति को दर्शाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्र में सतत् शांति विश्वसनीय सुरक्षा उपायों और साझा जिम्मेदारी पर आधारित सामुदायिक भागीदारी के माध्यम से ही संभव हो पा रही है।

🌿 Tree Sapling plantation carried out by rehabilitated Maoist cadres in the presence of senior members of the local community in District Narayanpur stands as a strong symbol of hope and their commitment to a peaceful future.
🌿 The plantation venue located at the Rehabilitation Centre in Narayanpur District Headquarters has been named *“Vayaan Vatika”,* which means “the garden of hope and future” in the local tribal Gondi language.
🌿 The plantation event at Vayaan Vatika reflects the deepening of confidence-building measures across Narayanpur and Abhujmad, regions that had long remained affected by uncertainty and streak of violent incidents .
🤝 The growing active participation of community elders in ensuring the security, justice and service of the region reflects a transformative pathway for social reintegration and inclusive development in Bastar.
⚫ Under the initiative “Poona Margham: Social Reintegration through Rehabilitation,” a meaningful and symbolic programme was organised today at Vayaan Vatika, Narayanpur, where the 28 Maoist cadres who joined the mainstream on 25 November planted the saplings earlier given to them by community elders as a symbol of reintegration.
⚫ Inspector General of Police, Bastar Range, Shri Sundarraj Pattlingam, stated that today’s plantation event is more than a symbolic activity. It represents a process of renewal, growth and the planting of hope—for those who have abandoned the path of violence and for the communities that are welcoming them with trust and compassion.
⚫ IGP Bastar further said that the active participation of community elders—from welcoming the cadres who left violence on 25 November to witnessing today’s plantation—signifies the strengthening of social harmony and the rebuilding of mutual confidence. Each sapling planted today represents a life reclaimed from extremism and redirected towards peace, dignity and constructive progress.
⚫ Superintendent of Police, Narayanpur, Shri Robinson Guria, mentioned that the plantation event reflects the strengthening pace of trust-building processes across Narayanpur district, especially in the interior regions of Abhujmad, which once faced uncertainty and hardships. He highlighted that lasting peace in Bastar is being achieved through credible security measures and deep community involvement rooted in shared responsibility.
⚫ Today’s event further reinforces the growing impact of the “Poona Margham: Social Reintegration through Rehabilitation” initiative and indicates that Bastar is moving steadily towards lasting peace and inclusive development.
